I have written this book because there are so many things out there that are discouraging and depressing so much so that if one is not careful, they can stop dreaming and eventually stop living. And we all know that there are so many things in life that seems so unfair. There are so many tragedies that none of us have control over. There are so many traumas that can leave anyone crippled forever.
Yes everyday we are bombarded with bad news. Economists are talking recession. So many people are unemployed. So many businesses are closing their doors like never before. Housing market is on record low. Wall Street seems to suffer from constant roller coaster. The dollar is losing its value to other currencies it's very sad to watch. Housing foreclosures have become the norm. Wars and rumors of wars have become part of life. Rape, school shootings, all forms of violence, moral decay is everywhere. Where is hope? Where is good news?
In this book you will come to understand that there is hope and God is still on the throne. I promise you that this book will rejuvenate your spirit and it will inspire you to keep dreaming because with God all things are possible for you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Celebrate yourself in spite of whatever obstacles you may be facing. Let go of yesterday. Grab this moment with two hands. Laugh the hardest today. Live, laugh and love with all your heart today no matter what. Believe, hope and dream again today no matter how many times you have failed in the past. You are a winner and a more than a conqueror because God has unleashed the relentless spirit in you. Yes!
Mable Ngalande-Fuller was born in Blantyre, Malawi, Central Africa. Her parents divorced when she was only 7 years old. Although this was a big blow to her spirit, she kept on thriving to be the best. She observed her mother struggling to provide for her household. Mable walked bare foot many miles to attend school in scorched heat weather. The only clothes in her wardrobe was her one uniform.
Through it all, whether rainy, stormy, or sunny days she went to school. Her mother instilled in her self-reliance, faith in God, and high self-esteem. Through God’s mercy and grace, Mable has always have zeal, determination and tenacity in her that cannot be described.
Her mother was a very religious and spiritual person who took all of her kids to church every Sunday. Because of her mother’s influence, she would go to the forest to pray to God to get answers to tough questions. One day, as she was only 14 years old, she knelt down in total surrender to God and immediately she started speaking in tongues without knowing anything about speaking in tongues. Her church was Presbyterian then and they never talked about speaking in tongues and no one in that church spoke in tongues at all. This would mark a very profound beginning in Mable’s Christian walk with God.
Through a series of events she found herself in Syracuse, NY where she earned her bachelors degree in accounting. She has an MBA degree and she is currently enrolled in PHD program. She is a motivational speaker, minister, and a prayer warrior. She is a giant killer, funny, and a powerful woman of God. She is fearless, relentless, persistent and yet down to earth. Her motto is: You Can Conquer Anything and be Anything in Life If You Believe!
The secret to any success is the way one thinks. Even if I grew up poor, my mind was bigger than my circumstances and I carried myself the way I envisioned myself in my mind. I was the only one on the whole campus with no shoes, but to God be the glory God turned everything around for me. My first pair of shoe and my first dress I bought it at 14 years old. I earned the money by tutoring rich, spoiled kids who made fun of me for being born poor. Where are they now? Well, most of them flanked high school, some got pregnant at an early age, some were expelled from school for bad behavior and others are now in jail walking barefoot and sleeping on the floor. Why? Because they were born to rich parents but the kids themselves did not have rich minds. You can only maintain what you have inside of you. If you are given everything I can bet you that you have nothing. It does not matter where you start in life, it matters where you finish so do not despise small beginnings and never judge anyone based on where they came from; rather judge them based on what they have achieved for themselves. The reason why I am talking the way I am talking is because God has done everything I am talking about. I am talking from experience. You can attract whatever you want to have. A mind is a very powerful thing. If you keep imagining being married to a king/queen of your dreams, you will soon attract a king/queen of your dreams because a mind of great statue can only attract like mind, for iron sharpen iron. It is just impossible to sharpen iron with wood, it just won’t work.
You may be saying Mable what are you driving at? What are you trying to tell me? My beloved, all I am saying is you serve a mighty God who owns the whole world. You serve the God whose mathematics formulas are so complex that it does not matter what you are hearing in the news. God will keep and prosper you if you do not allow your mind to be poisoned, to be polluted, and to be diluted by bad news bearers. Don’t allow your mind to be distorted so that you will start operating in fear; hence, making your mind to think small and you starting operating like an ant when you are an eagle. Sliver and gold belongs to God. God is not a nervous wreck so why should you be a nervous wreck? God is not panicking about anything. God is totally in control so why should you panic about the economy? Don’t you know that there is a stable economy, the economy that keeps climbing higher in the dimension outside the dimension you are in? Are you not a child of God? You are the most precious child of God so who says that you can’t have the finest things in life? Didn’t your Father in Heaven create all the beauty and all its grandeur so why are you forced to stay on one corner of the city when God created the whole world and gave it to you to enjoy? Your Daddy in heaven has no lack of anything, so why should you live in lack? Your Daddy in heaven says everything He created was good, so why are you letting people to label you as not good? You were created in your Daddy in heaven’s image that means you also posses the power to create light, to create possibilities so why are you allowing yourself to live in despair and hopelessness? Your Daddy in heaven said He will give you the desires of your heart if your delight in Him, so why are you allowing yourself to settle for less?
