On the day I fondly call mirror day I saw myself for the first time, I saw how big I really was: I just finished in the shower when the phone rang; I sat on my bed in just a towel to take the call, the towel slipped and I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror above my dresser… I was shocked… Seeing what I saw while sitting there was life changing~ I was gross! It is hard to admit but I was over 300 pounds and there starring back at me was roll after roll of fat! I was sitting at the time and I think to get the full of effect of the moment and to prove to myself that what I was seeing was real I went and stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom, its full length… and jumped. I landed and 90 seconds later my body stopped… I was huge and had no other option than to accept that I had let my body down.
