Offering Weight Battlers a Little “Common Sense”

New Guide Teaches Readers How to Lose Weight Keep It Off for Good

FAIRFIELD, Calif. For those who are “sick and tired of being sick and tired” about their weight and are ready to do something about it, author Theodore H. Valentine has a few supportive words.

“I want you to know that you are not alone,” Valentine writes in his sensible yet compelling new book, Breaking Through: A Common Sense Guide To Losing Weight And Keeping It Off  “There are thousands of people at this very moment feeling just the same as you. The good news is that you can do something about it.

Breaking Through is written not only to help individuals find their best-fitting plan, but also to enhance this plan and maximize results. Valentine offers readers a “toolbox” full of mental tools to assist them in changing the way think.

“I’ll give you some of my personal experiences and the experiences of people who made a positive impact in my life,” Valentine explains. “You will discover different ways of looking at things you may have tried in the past.

“Common sense” is key to Breaking Through, which strives to “be one of the best decisions you have made towards the journey to becoming the new healthier you,” says Valentine.

“I have come to realize that some of the best parts of life are the experiences we create and the positive impact we make on the lives of the people around us,” Valentine writes. I know that the challenge with weight control is something that people struggle with every day.”

But the author points out that with just a little adjustment your goals can most certainly be achieved.
