About the Book
About the Author

Frederick Mickel Huck is an author, independent researcher, and advocate of good Health, involved in many years of ongoing research and developing healthy recipes which the body will accept.   As of today I have given away over 150,000 items in an ongoing program which I named” educating and feeding the hungry - unhealthy".   Throughout this program I can teach how much easier it is to take care of the body and eliminate the many health problems caused by that very same fact.

I personally no longer have 55 extra pounds, diabetes, kidney stones, bone problems, Do not take any drugs.  I stress cooking is much easier than perceived.  It saves me valuable time and money.   The book has replaced all junk foods, and it’s better in taste and appearance.

I also have several recipes that are award winning.  I found the food will not harm the body and of course not add any fat.  None of the food contains harmful ingredients.  For some examples:  no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no animal products, no oils, no white sugar.   By following my recipes you will be eating real food.
