Each individual range from young to old of diverse backgrounds and has a story to tell about their battle with cancer of all types. This book gives insight of both survivors and their support system/loved ones.

Obtaining establishment of being an author, Elva "Precious Love" Thompson has ventured out into the world of writing autobiographies about others that range from cancer survivors to battered men/women, motives of both sexes and the list goes on.
In making a transition of being in a 15 year marriage, now a divorced mother of 5, migrating from state to state, trying to maintain what life has to offer, "Precious Love" has finally settled along the sandy shores of Florida residing comfortably in her own home-based business of an editorial service.
In writing
this book, I never imagined being taken on the phenomenal journey that I have
experienced thus far. I interviewed and actually listened to each amazing
individual I had the pleasure of meeting during the Relay for Life event and I
must say that for the first time...I’m speechless. I’m speechless and paralyzed with the
tremendous amount of strength and faith that makes an abundant appearance on the
faces of each and every survivor, as well as their supporters/loved ones.
Through each
survivor and their loved ones trying passage as you read on, I hope you take
with you, as I have done, a piece of each individuals lives in order to feel an
inkling of what they are forced to face laced with a mixture of hope, fear,
tears, laughter, and triumph.
