About the Book

"When" addresses a commonly observed, yet unnecessary, division of labor that exists within many organizations. Too often it has been observed that there is a division creating a "Them versus Us or We" mentality in businesses.

This book discusses how to communicate a message, create "buy-in" from our staff and develop more productive teams through a process of goal setting.

About the Author

--Aaron Danchik is the President and founder of Synchronized Solutions--www.synchronizedsolution.com— Following his graduation from Pepperdine University and having worked multiple jobs throughout school he found himself working in the Insurance claims industry for over fourteen years.

A desire had always rested deep within Aaron to coach and mentor people he worked with as well as in sports. Living in Agoura Hills, California with his wife Sherry and son Blake and their dog, he began to coach youth track and field. Giving the credit to his son for bringing his true desires to the conscious level of his thought he began a business consulting and coaching business. Taking his experience as an employee of a large corporation and having worked his way up from an entry level to a management position, Aaron focused on development of his staff and team building.

Taking this knowledge and experience and wanting to share the difficulties identified over the years, the desire is to help others avoid the same difficulties while setting an example for his son. The example is that any goal you desire to achieve can be achieved with the proper vehicle and plan.

From Page 147:

......Stop and think about this for a moment. Think about your boss and what this would do for you or your staff. In the event you are the boss, what would this do for your staff? As the boss the more important question would be whether you WILL do this for your staff,WHEN, aggressive goals are set, communicated to the team, focused on as a team, AND ACHIEVED, what is the potential benefit to the organization? As the boss, is it worth it?

From Page 161:

........Team building starts and thrives on buy in from the staff. Involvement requires everyone have an equal opportunity to share ideas openly. The old adage, "There is no "I" in Team." is so true. Recognize every person within the organization......
