There are those who will not share
They hug and clutch their stuff,
They're greedy and they're selfish
And nothing ever is enough.
There are those who share like beggars
Giving crumbs instead of bread,
And by these kinds of givers
No one ever is well fed.
Then there's one gives like a prince
This is a goodly man,
Yet he gives his second favorite things
While his best stays in his hand.
Alas! There's one gives like a King,
Not droplets but a river!
He gives his best, he gives his all
God loves a cheerful giver!
