Victoria Howard's life has revolved around beauty pageants, entertainment and business ventures. Ms. Howard has been an international model and beauty pageant winner, holding titles of “Miss Pittsburgh”, “Miss Girl Watcher”, and “Mrs. West Virginia – U.S.A.”
Her business ventures include real estate development, co-owner of several automobile dealerships and the training and breeding of race horses; once owning the “Two Year Old Filly Of The Year”.
She has written several published articles and was a guest speaker at the Wholelife Seminar.
Ms. Howard resides in Boca Raton, Florida.

Since the beginning of time women have been mesmerized by the proverbial bad boy. In the fifties and sixties, actors Errol Flynn, James Dean and Steve McQueen were some of the wild and wicked men that filled theaters with women, who fantasized and lusted for them.
Today, it’s actors Eric Roberts, James Woods and Colin Farrell. These men don’t necessarily have to be gorgeous hunks with six pack abs. They simulate a mysterious
aloofness that drive women – both young and old – wild with desire.
There are many different types of a BAD BOY. He can be the boy next door, a cub scout leader, the minister at your church, or even the president of a country.
Almost every woman at one time in her life has fallen for a man who persistently pursued her, only to move to his next victim, once he captured her.
