There was something unique about the car that I couldn't quite place. It almost looked as if the car was breathing!
PJ waved his arm over the car, like a magician introducing a trick. "Here's your car! What do you think?"
Cody elbowed me in the arm, prompting me to reply.
"I, ah, it's amazing!"
"What kind of car is it?" Cody questioned, as my parents joined us.
"The codename is Jett," PJ replied. "It stands for Justified Enviromental Talking Technology. Basically it means the car can talk."
I shrieked, "It can what?"
I looked at Cody and saw his eyes light up.
PJ continued on casually, "We've outfitted the car with the 8X A.I. chip, so you driving experience will be a learning and interactive one."
My parents' mouths dropped wide open, and my heart skipped a beat. After my father paced around the car a few times, he asked, "Let me get this straight, sir. The car has the ability to converse?"
"That's correct. "Charles grinned. "Don't worry, it won't bite."
"Why don't we all take a ride?" PJ suggested. "To make you feel more comfortable." He motioned for me to sit in the driver's seat. I eagerly jumped in and leaned back into the cushy seat.
