Periwinkle Island has a combination of authors. I coordinated the stories as 'time was willing' over 25 years. Ideas were developed by grandmothers and 14 year olds, by lawyers, by aviators, factory workers, accountants, preachers, nurses, librarians, teachers and engineers.
The illustrations bring Periwinkle Island alive for young and old.

Some of Periwinkle stories related here were true and others have come true since pen was placed to paper. The future will decide the rest. I shall leave it to you to decide.
