About the Book

Life is love.  Sometimes we believe that nobody else falls in love as we do, but the accumulated knowledge of man's life throughout the XIII, XIX, and XX centuries has demonstrated that although with different words and within different environments, any modern couple falls in love similarly as it used to happen during past times.  And the most important things, most of us are a result of love; we all need love, and this feeling continues being the same.  In "Singing to Love", the author offers the reader, a series of poems composed from the times of his early dolescence, using the conversational style.  "Singing To Love" writes up filial and sexual love.  It exalts love to Nature and Life.

You Are A Poem

To see you is to live,

it is to feel your chest on mine.

In your look, there is laugh

that loves life.

Through your person

I can listen to your echoes of love

which are reflected in your heart.

What are you?

Oh!

Something,

a flower.

You are poetry.

Oh!

Pigmy Humanity,

don’t allow her petals to fade.

I want to approach her closer and closer,

so that her perfume impregnates me.

As she is flower and life,

I won’t allow the world to hurt her.

I will take care of her tender petals,

and will cherish her tender eyes.

Her tenderness keeps her slender,

and I will continue absorbing

her fascinating fragrance.

To Dream

To be with you is to dream.

It is to see the world

sailing within the waves

during a new dawn.

I have to be with you in order

to be able to dream

sonnets of breathing,

sonnets of ecstasy.

To dream and to be with you

are the same thing.

It is to smell the fragrance

that flowers expel.

The sleepy flowers

greet and offer us their nectar

of joys and songs.

To dream is to see you.

It is to feel the sweet

and inebriating charm
