Dorothy DiSanto Morrell
Dorotea is a Tiny Angel with a special mission. Along with her trustworthy friends Bianco and Bella, she flies all over the world helping children with their problems. No child is alone when Dorotea is on the job! This is the first in a series about a child that lands in the hospital after having an asthma attack and Dorotea and her pet friends spend the night with the sick child.
Dorothy DiSanto Morrell lives in Portland, Maine, with her husband Bill, daughter Alana, and her pets Bianco, Trixie and Zoli. Her love of Children and animals inspired her to write this story. Through her experiences as a mother, a licensed child care provider and Pediatric volunteer, Dorothy was inspired to write this book to make a positive difference in the lives of children around the world.
Hello Down There,
I’m Dorotea, a tiny angel with feathery sparkling blue wings, a
halo that glows when my hand is squeezed, and a shinny pink
heart that holds a special message just for you.
I live happily with my family and friends in a place called Angel
Haven. Whenever a child is in need, a feather falls from my wings
and guides me to them. Best of all, the child is the only one that
can see and hear me!
I’m very happy being an angel. When I was given my feathery
wings and glowing halo I made a promise to always try to help
those in need. I’m watching over you right now.
Love and angel kisses,
DOROTEA
Like other Guardian Angels, Dorotea lived in Angel Haven
with her family. She lay asleep in her bed, with Bianco, the
Persian cat, snuggled close. Tucked inside one of Dorotea’s
stray curls snoozed Bella, her pet butterfly.
“It’s breakfast time!” called her mother.
Dorotea slid out of bed and stretched her sparkling blue wings.
“Wake up Bianco and Bella!”
