Quinn is 5 years old and in kindergarten. Like most 5 year-olds Quinn likes to read and snuggle with her mom. But Quinn has a problem, her tummy hurts all the time. What could be wrong with Quinn’s tummy? This is a true story of one child’s diagnosis and management of Celiac disease.
Angela Porter is the mother of Quinn, a child with Celiac Disease. She has been with Quinn through vomiting, diarrhea, tummy aches and all physician and hospital visits. Angela is also a registered nurse with a Master’s degree in nursing.
