Big-Bang? Do you believe it? I don’t. Being a career engineering-physicist, I always look for proof. For 50 years I have tried to prove the BB to myself. I have reviewed Slipher’s red shift observation, reinterpreted it, and corrected Hubble’s declaration, (the universe is not expanding and exploding to its death, instead, it is growing with vim and vigor). Red shift defines velocity, not acceleration or deceleration. So, I developed the New Universe Theory which is believable because it complies with known facts and the Laws of Physics.
About the developer of the Celestial Revelation; and author of the “New Universe Theory” with the Laws of Physics. For 50 years, he studied, examined, critiqued the Big Bang theory. He reinterpreted the red shift, and then developed his New Concept for the Generation of the Universe, which he describes as “Primordial Matter Reduction Mechanisms”.
Bobby L McGehee was born on September 19, 1927, in Enid, Oklahoma where he graduated from high school in 1945. After the next two years in the USMS and the USAF, he entered Oklahoma State University and graduated in 1952 with degrees in Engineering Physics, Physics, and, a third degree in Secondary Education. In his fifth year while taking graduate courses in physics, he taught basic physics as assistant to the Head of the Physics Dept. While in college he accumulated 225 semester hours in various fields of study.
B L McGehee started his Engineering-Physics career at the Beach Aircraft Corporation for a short time and then was a research engineer, career engineering-physicist for The Boeing Company for 32 years. During an exciting career he invented, developed, and designed aircraft research and development test laboratories, and wrote numerous reports and capability documents. Included were Jet Engine Test Stands, Low Speed Wind Tunnels, Supersonic Wind Tunnels, Anechoic Acoustic Test Chambers. On two occasions he received awards of Engineer of the month and later for Engineer for the Quarter out of an engineering staff of several thousand. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and received their Certificate of Recognition for contributions, where he also served on the board of directors. He published several technical papers, e.g., “Transonic Wind Tunnel Design for testing to speeds to 1.2 Mach”; Transonic testing to 1.3 Mach. He also wrote, published, and presented a technical paper to the Institute of Environmental Sciences on the design of the Boeing Large Anechoic Test Chamber “A Test Facility For Aircraft Jet Noise Reduction”. In addition, he acquired patents on a Jet Engine Noise Suppressor, and another on a Counter Rotating Turbine Drive for model turbofan testing.
He left the Aircraft industry in 1984, and because of his interest in scientific matters, he returned to a local College for another three years, taking refresher courses in Chemistry, and studied Geology, and Astronomy. His academic interest is now in the field of astronomy and cosmology. He has developed the New Universe Theory (NUT), which scuttles and supercedes the Big-Bang theory. His NUT shows the universe is not exploding to its death, but it is growing with vim, vigor, and vitality!
The New Universe Theory Conception !
All subjects of study came under intense scrutiny ever since learning of the Big-Bang theory in the early 1950’s. The Big-Bang idea was especially intriguing since there were so many things about it that are inconsistent with the Laws of Physics, which are the very basis of all scientific knowledge. For the last 30 years I have read many scientific publications, attended Astronomy organization lectures and conferences, listened to many lectures by professional astronomers and scientists, with the desire to understand and try to prove (to myself) that the Big Bang is valid. So, with more study, pondering and analysis, I arrived at a feasible origin of the universe, which is consistent with the Laws of Physics. It is the New Universe Theory (NUT).
Steven Hawking made the following quote;”It would be arrogant, if not absurd, to pretend that I, single-handed could ever attempt to put together a complete picture of the nature of the universe-let alone a compelling explanation easily understood by everyone.”
What I am going to do is describe how I believe the universe came into existence, and how I believe it is continuing to develop. Reading this document requests you to consider some new, and controversial points of view. Ideas that have been taught and accepted in the Astronomy community for several decades, may be difficult to release; and new ideas may, and should be questioned. Please be open minded, curious, and read the whole story. Some of the terms used in this writing may be unfamiliar to many, especially non-scientific readers. So an attempt is made to make it understandable to everyone. Objects and processes described in the text, are supported by the Glossary and References. For example, all mass is known to be made of atomic and sub-atomic particles such as electrons, protons, neutrons, positrons, positroniums, quarks, isotopes, etc. Most of these particles have been known for over a century, and the rest have been known for decades. These particles will be described and discussed for those who have forgotten these since high school physics and those that have not yet been introduced. After reading this explanation of the New Universe Theory, these basic mass particles will be familiar to all readers, as will phenomena and physical relationships like “Doppler Red-Shift”, “Einstein’s Relativity”, “Deflagration Wave”, and “Velocity Enhanced Gravity”, as well as some other interesting physical phenomena.
Reviewing and pondering past observations in the light of the New Universe Theory, is revealing and enlightening.
Carl Sagan stated: “There will come a time when our descendants will be amazed that we did not know things that are so plain to them”.
