It’s All In Me is a look into the body, mind, and soul of a Man who does not apologize for his being.  In a world that focuses on tolerance, the words in this compilation encourage acceptance of all ideas and beliefs. However, this is not accomplished by taking any political or religious stand, but simply by accepting that we are Man, monster, and miracle.  All in One.

In this book, No-Man stands before the judgment of the readers proclaiming, “You Can Handle The Truth!”  Every thought in these poems is complete. As the reader takes in each poem, they will question not only the author’s sense of reality, but they will question their own.  They may even discover questions to many of the answers they consider fact.  But the real hope in this book is that they will take the opportunity to declare, “I am a person physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is all in me and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Pedro S. Silva II, a.k.a. No-Man, began writing at an early age.  He had discovered for himself that poetry, by its very nature is free. In poetry he found a world where ideas were not used to divide, but to express.  Emotions were no longer irrational.  Pain was no longer something to avoid.  True Love was no longer a mere fantasy.  All ideas became as paint for the canvas that is his mind.  His sole desire in accomplishing...what he calls a work of heart...is to, if but for only one moment; display a world free from guilt and all ideas that bind.

Serenity
There is no serenity
Unless you know serenity
Living life abundantly
Is the essence of infinity

Something from nothing
Creation is this simple
Concepts of the middle ground
Come from trying to keep it mental

What is your mission
But to know life and live it?
No thought of receiving
When your spirit’s led to giving

Serenity is the knowledge
That you are who you are
In you is the Universe
With the composition of the star

My mind’s eye sees

Love is the ocean on which it flows

There’s no Way to stop
The only death there is
Is being what you’re not

Be and it is
Means you are when you’re being
Be still and know

In serenity
There is nowhere to hide
And nothing to run from
Since death is a lie

To where it is you’re going
