I wrote this book to give people hope, and to not be afraid of death. I know that the majority of people do not believe that there is a life after death, I was doubtful, also, but, I am here to tell you that there really is life after death, I saw it, and I am still allowed to see it.. I have read some of Sylvia Browne's books, as well as John Edwards, James Van Praagh, and others. Having had psychic abilities since I was a little girl, I can relate to many of the things that happened to them in their lives, some of these events have happened to me. Sylvia taught me about my spirit guide. I've learned a lot more about, "Patience", my spirit guide, since then I have seen her, and heard her trying to capture my attention. I am more certain and confident today in my beliefs than ever before, that you will not die like that proverbial bug on the sidewalk, squashed under someones shoe, never to be heard from again, that life is forever. My husband allowed me to see this, and I know it to be true. Read my book and learn how he did this. Ro'ry Ann Brown was born in Southeast Texas, and has lived there all of her life. She received her BS degree in education from a nearby univrsity, and taught at a Catholic School for many years. After she retired she taught at a public school as a long term sub for several years. She is now a certified instructor for 50+ seniors citizens at a nearby YMCA facility. She has three sons, three daughters-in-law, one daughter, one c/l son-in-law, five grand children, one grand daughter-in-law, and two great grand children.
Every author has a reason for writing a book, no matter what type of book it is. I am writing this book because I have learned something that I want everyone to know: I want you to know that there is life after death. After you read this book, you will understand how I know this.
When we die, we aren’t like a bug that someone has squashed under his foot on a sidewalk, gone forever, never to be heard of again. It isn’t like that at all, and I have been blessed with proof. I used to be afraid to die. I would tell my husband this many times when he and I were on better terms. But I’m not afraid anymore, because I was allowed to see for myself that the spirit is real, and it lives on for all eternity. I want you to feel the way that I do and to not be afraid.
I don’t know why this happened to me, but it did! At first, I wouldn’t tell anyone about these occurrences, because I knew no one would believe me. Finally, I had to tell someone, so I told my friend Judy. I told her all that had been happening—and it had been going on for awhile. Judy told me to write everything down in a journal. I have been keeping my journal for a year now.
One day I showed Judy my journal, and I said, “I have enough entries in this journal to write a book.” She said, “Why don’t you? People would love to know what you have witnessed; it would bring them comfort, just like it did for you and me.”
That is why I am writing this book—to bring the much-needed comfort to those who are extremely ill and those who are afraid to die.
This is a down-to-earth book, which makes it easy and fast to read. I do hope you read the entire book so that you will see and understand my experience, because you will find it comforting to know that death is not just a six-foot hole in the ground covered with dirt, as many people believe.
