Cranberry Crisp
4 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups of rolled oats (not instant oatmeal)
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar and 1/2 cup splenda white sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup of virgin coconut oil
Place cranberries in a 2 quart baking dish, add white sugar and mix. As for the topping: In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, pecans and melted virgin coconut oil. Spread evenly over cranberries. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350
