The book is about a generic family (no names – Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother) who looks forward to Christmas every year with great anticipation. Brother, portrayed as the mischievous member of the family, learns a great lesson in honesty when he decides to change his report card and must live with Santa’s reaction to his behavior. A poem at the end teaches children the importance of honesty, obeying their parents, and always doing what is right.
