Let me start right off by saying, Men, what it took to get our women is the least it will take to keep them! In order to keep them, we must learn to do many things, but one is most important: communicate. Although we know we need to do it, we often don’t or don’t do it well. We fall short for various reasons. Let’s discuss some of those reasons.
Men, we often miss the mark by not understanding communication itself. This lack of understanding causes us to be unable to reach our goal of better communication. Communication in any relationship should be the foundation of that relationship. Whether you are young or old, regardless of who she is or you are or what cultural backgrounds you both come from, as long as you are a couple and choose to be together, communication must be the first concern. It should not be a passing fad, something you do to get past the first date, but a continuing part of the daily routine of the relationship. This is a must if you want the relationship to be long-lasting.
If this is not a main goal for you in your relationship, it needs to be. Our lack of understanding causes our aim to be off. What aim? The aim of better communication. Good communication wards off many other problems.
