This wonderful children's book is a poignant and uplifting collection of students’ responses that will be of interest to children of all ages, parents, grandparents and educators alike.

Read this book with the all the special children in your life. It will highlight what life skills they may want to modify and reinforce the positive ones they may already have, helping them recognize what ones they may want to work on. Lots of fun and worthwhile stories may follow after reading these little nuggets of wisdom and universal experiences. Use the book as a template and create your own book of Somebody/Nobody experiences leads to a dialog stressing character development and core ethical values.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The author, Stephanie Heuer, is a peace educator, technology instructor, and children’s advocate, who recently presented her work at the United Nations University of Peace in Costa Rica. She believes that by giving children a voice to express themselves with open dialog, you can make a difference in their lives and have a positive impact by introducing character and lifeskill concepts early on. Her work and book are recognized in classrooms across the nation and can help individuals or classrooms formulate positive plans for conflict management, respect, responsibility, and form a basis for good character.
We must recognize and nurture human dignity in our children, protect it, and persevere it. It must not be negotiated or lost.
