Rafal Chudzik was born in Warsaw, Poland on April 13th 1981 where he resided four years. He spent one year in Athens, Greece before immigrating to the United States in 1985 with his parents and sister. Rafal lived in Hackettstown, New Jersey for ten years before moving to Glendale, Arizona in 1998. He graduated from Arizona State University with his BSE in Biomedical Engineering with an emphasis in bioelectrical applications. His primary educational interests are in medical instrumentation and neurological research emphasizing in rehabilitation with the use of neural prosthetics. Rafal is also continuing his education to pursue interests in business by completing a MBA program. Rafal is currently employed as a R&D product development engineer with a medical device company. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, and golf.

This writing project is an account of my personal experiences. It was a major challenge in itself to write this book and go to school simultaneously. The tips and tricks that you will read in this book come from a first hand source; being a new graduate from an engineering program, all my memories and suggestions are recent and applicable in today’s dynamic college atmosphere. I take you on an adventure showing you how to avoid your major potential stumbles and how to enjoy all your triumphant accomplishments. The future of the engineering profession lies in the hands of the younger generation. Using a structured approach it is my vision that this book might have a small influence in the improved preparation of better past, present and future engineers for the good of the profession. It is in this spirit that I undertook this writing project.
