Potato Soup 3 Cans Chicken Broth 6-8 Medium Potatoes, Thin sliced 2 Laughing Cow French Onion Wedges 4 Slices "3 Cheese" Processed Cheese Slices 1/2c. Carrots, Thin Sliced 1/2c. Celery, Thin Sliced 3/4tsp. Onion Powder 1/4tsp. Dill Weed 1/4tsp.Garlic Powder 1/4tsp. Rosemary 1 1/2Tbsp. Corn Starch 1Chicken Bouillon Cube
Place all the above ingredients in a large sauce pan except the cheese slices and wedges. Cook over medium heat. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Then add the cheese to the soup. Simmer until the cheese is melted. Serve warm. Serves 4.

About the Author
Cyndi has been cooking from an early age. She and her sister would mix up flour and sugar on the couch to practice making a cake, at the ages of 2 and 3. She helped her mother in the kitchen while growing up. Over the years she has cooked and baked quite a few meals. Her husband claims that she has only made 3 lousy meals in the 14 1/2 years that they have been married. That is a pretty good average since he claims to be a picky eater. For this reason alone, these recipes should be considered good.
