The Spirit Says, “Come”

I turned to see what time it was on the clock next to my bed and saw that it was 5:00 am. I laid down on my back with my hands across my chest and took a deep breath. As soon as I took the deep breath I noticed that my heart rate had slowed down considerably and all of a sudden, it just stopped beating. I was awake and aware of all this. I even said to myself, “My heart just stopped!” As I said that, I immediately felt something lifting me up from underneath my backside, and just for a second, I looked behind me and saw something that looked like gold fairy dust. I started to fly upward and through the heavens. As I was soaring I felt my hair being blown, and I realized both my arms and hands were at my sides, and my eyes were closed. I felt that I was traveling at tremendous speeds. I also felt that if I tried to move I would fall. I knew the earth was far beneath me now. Out of nowhere, I heard a voice say to me, “Irka open your eyes, it’s all right!” I was afraid to open my eyes and move. I said, “No!” A second time I heard the same voice say, “Irka open your eyes, it’s all right.” Again I spoke the same response, while still soaring. What seemed like just a few seconds later, I heard the voice say the same thing a third time. This time I listened, and opened my eyes being careful not to move for fear of falling. When I did finally open my eyes I saw millions and millions of what I knew were stars just going past me at tremendous speeds. They were all very bright and beautiful. I remember saying to myself “wow, this is so cool”! I now realized I could move my head to look around, and up and down without falling. The fear was gone. What seemed to be a couple of minutes of flight, I suddenly find myself standing somewhere unknown to me.
