About the Book

The facts about who Jesus was and what he said and did are in dispute. Some think he never existed. Others think he existed but never performed miracles. Still others think he was the Son of God.

From August 1988 until September 1989, I interviewed 28 people under hypnosis. I had regressed them to past lives when they were contemporaries of Jesus. Some, such as John the Baptist, were intimate with Jesus. Some knew him mostly from a distance and by report. This book is about those 28 people--plus myself--and what they had to say.

While Roman Catholics will find solace in Matthew's report of what Jesus said about Mary; and Pentacostalists will rejoice in Luke's revelations about the Holy Spirit; some Christians will find this book disturbing.

The author finds no need to apologize, as truth is truth.

About the Author

I was born in 1934 to a Methodist minister and his school-teacher wife. I grew up reading books such books as the story of Edgar Cayce, The Great American Psychic, and In Search of Bridey Murphy, the story of a Colorado housewife's past life in early 19th century Ireland.

After graduating from college, I obtained a Master of Social Work degree in 1969. I then worked for nearly thirty years with mentally ill and developmentally disabled patients in California Since retirement I have worked in my own private practice as a Licenced ClinicaL Social Worker.

My religious background, following my father's departure from the Methodist ministry, included the Moravian Church, among the oldest Protestant groups and with a strong emphasis in religious music; the Episcopal Church which I began attending at eighteen and laterjoined; and Spiritualism, my present affiliation and the only Christian denomination to prove the existence of life after death beyond any reasonable doubt.
