Thank you for your interest in placing the AuthorHouse™ logo on your Web site, which will allow you to link your site to ours.

To allow this to occur, you must agree to the following provisions:

AuthorHouse is granting to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and nonsublicensable license to use the AuthorHouse logo solely on your web site for the purpose of linking your site to ours. Such use of the logo will inure solely to AuthorHouse's benefit. No other uses of our logo are authorized without prior written approval of AuthorHouse. No rights are granted to you as to the content of AuthorHouse's web site. Your web site will not display, reproduce or distribute any content which is obscene, indecent, deceptive or otherwise violates any law or the rights of any third party. The license granted to you as to our logo and the permission granted to you to link your web site to ours may be terminated at any time by AuthorHouse, in its sole discretion.

You must also agree to adhere to strict guidelines when using the AuthorHouse logo on your site. The logo will be emailed to you in the correct dimensions. Resizing the logo is allowed however, proportions must remain the same. The space immediately surrounding the logo should remain clear. Please ensure that a minimum area of clear space surrounds the logo and that the logo is never used smaller than 1 inch in width. You must link the logo image to www.authorhouse.com.

AuthorHouse will not be responsible for: any content which appears on your web site; any of your actions or omissions in maintaining or allowing access or use of your web site and its content; or the use by third parties of your web site. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AuthorHouse and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses and liabilities, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of any breach of these terms or the operation or use of your web site, except and then only to the extent that any such matter arises solely and exclusively from claims for trademark infringement as to the use of the AuthorHouse logo.

These terms will be governed by Indiana law. Any dispute between the parties MUST be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") to take place in Bloomington, Indiana, before one arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures of the AAA ("AAA Rules"). You acknowledge and agree that the use of AuthorHouse's logo is solely for commercial or business purposes and NOT for personal or household use. The parties hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes under the AAA Rules shall not apply to arbitration pursuant to these terms. In the event you institute such arbitration, then without limiting the applicability of the AAA Rules, you must serve the complaint initiating arbitration upon AuthorHouse at 1663 Liberty Drive, Suite 200, Bloomington, Indiana 47403 at the same time as you submit such complaint to the AAA. The arbitrator will be obligated to award the prevailing party of any such proceedings all costs, attorneys' fees and other expenses incurred by such prevailing party in the arbitration proceedings. Any award entered by the arbitrator may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
